Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Solar Plus ZA is committed to supplying quality solar equipment, inverters, batteries, water tanks and related products. If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, we will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.

Returns

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Products must include all accessories and manuals.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-built or made-to-order systems.
• Products damaged through misuse.
• Installed electrical equipment.
• Products missing original packaging.
• Clearance or special-order items unless faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, you will be notified of the outcome.

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
• Processing normally takes 7–14 business days.
• Bank processing times may vary.

Exchanges

Products will only be exchanged if they are defective, damaged during delivery or supplied incorrectly.

Warranty

Most products supplied by Solar Plus ZA are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary depending on the product and manufacturer.

Shipping

• If the return is due to our error, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
• If the return is not due to our error, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
